The News Dana Eveland has been acquired by the Toronto Blue Jays, according to MLB.com's Jordan Bastian. The A's will receive cash and a player to be named later. Miller's losing streak sits at three

Sabres G Ryan Miller made 23 saves during a 4-3 loss to the Hurricanes on Friday. Miller grabbed a 3-2 lead early in the third period before Carolina tied the game at 8:23 and eventually won it on Jussi Jokinen's goal at 16:43. Jokinen's slap shot from the top of the left circle beat Miller with 3:17 to go to snap Carolina's two-game losing streak. Miller lost a third straight start. Read More

Foye eclipses 20-point mark

Washington G Randy Foye had 22 points and seven assists as the Wizards defeated Orlando 92-91 on Friday. Foye and Caron Butler combined for 49 points after halftime. Just in the third period, they combined to score 34 points while going 14-for-14 on free throws and throwing in some sizzling shots from outside.
