Cliff Avril has added several extra pounds of weight this offseason, but it has not affected his quickness, according to the Detroit Free Press.
Our View
Avril was second on the Lions in sacks in 2008, with five, and could be due for a breakout season during his second year in the league in 2009. He could be worth a late-round flier at defensive end in IDP league drafts.
