The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that Packers TE Jermichael Finley has started to mature. "In the OTAs he had the least amount of mental errors of anybody," said Ben McAdoo, the tight ends coach since 2006. "He's applying himself. He knows the offense. He's not comfortable getting by on talent alone. He wants more." In 14 games last year, including playoffs, Finley caught 61 passes for 835 yards and a 13.7 average, including a hefty 5.7 after the catch. His totals included 12 gains of 20 yards or more. He dropped four passes.
