The Raptors have picked up team options on guard-forward DeMar DeRozan and forwards James Johnson and Ed Davis. The club announced the moves involving all three players on Friday. Johnson also had his fourth year picked up after joining the Raptors on Feb. 22 in a trade with Chicago. He averaged 9.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 25 games with Toronto.
