Rays shortstop Yunel Escobar hit his sixth home run Thursday against the Yankees.
Escobar took a Boone Logan fastball out to center in the eighth inning for a two-run shot. Escobar also singled, finishing 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBI. Escobar is hitting .243/.301/.366 in 235 at-bats.
