ESPN reported Saturday morning that the Patriots have yet to extend an offer to restricted free agent Emmanuel Sanders. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Sanders did sign a deal with the Pats. If they sign him to an offer sheet the Steelers would have a week to match it or receive a third-round pick as compensation.
