Nuggets coach George Karl told the Denver Post that he does not expect guard Ty Lawson to play against the 76ers, after suffering a bruised right heel in the team’s previous game Tuesday. Lawson will be in uniform for the game, but will not likely see the floor. Andre Miller will start in his place.
