Giants to increase Bradshaw’s reps

Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Thursday it’s time for rookie running back David Wilson to “ratchet it up” in the wake of backup running back Andre Brown‘s leg injury. However, Coughlin indicated starting running back Ahmad Bradshaw, who has been plagued by a lingering foot injury, could see an increase in carries again in Brown’s absence. “Ahmad’s got it all. He’s had the experience, he’s been the pass protector, he’s caught the ball out of the backfield, he’s running the ball,” Coughlin said, per The Star-Ledger. “So hopefully we can extend that a little bit further. And yet go ahead and develop and get some snaps out of David, and perhaps someone else as well.”
