Chase UtleySecond base is traditionally one of the shallowest positions in fantasy baseball- this year is certainly no different. With Alfonso Soriano clearly cemented in the outfield, there remains only 1 second basemen clearly above all others- Chase Utley.  After that you have a bunch of question marks.  Are Robinson Cano and Dan Uggla for real?  Can Rickie Weeks remain healthy and continue to improve (especially his discipline).  Which ChoneFiggins will show up this year? Don’t get the GNUru wrong, there is plenty of value to be had at 2B but there also could be some big busts as well.  Try to avoid getting trapped with a bust in the early rounds and select from known quantities- take your gamble later in the draft.

Potential Bargains:  Kendrick, Barfield, Cantu
