The Angels recalled infielder Thomas Field from Triple-A Salt Lake Friday. He made three appearances with the Angels in April as a defensive replacement and did not record an at-bat.
Field has hit .297/.390/.488 with nine home runs, 38 RBI and five stolen bases in 246 at-bats at Salt Lake.
