Lofa Tatupu (concussion) was a limited participant in Seahawks practice on Friday, according to the Seattle Times' Danny O'Neill.

He did not participate in any contact drills. Despite this fact, head coach Pete Carroll remains optimistic he'll be cleared in time to play on Sunday. His status could be updated as early as this evening.
