The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that Saints TE Jeremy Shockey, who had 48 receptions for 569 yards in 2009 despite missing the final three games of the season with an injured toe, could be beginning to break down. Shockey was limited at the end of last season with a toe injury and suffered a bizarre fainting incident during the teams OTAs in June. But despite all of that, Shockey is expected to be ready for the start of training camp and is not in danger of being released. The Saints have David Thomas behind Shockey and also drafted rookie Jimmy Graham in the third round of the NFL Draft.
