The Chargers have released Josh Reed, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Our View
This does not come as much of a surprise following the team's acquisition of Patrick Crayton yesterday. Reed does not possess great speed or size but could get a look from a team in need of a veteran possession receiver.
