RB Arian Foster needs just one touchdown to join RB Domanick Williams as the only players in Texans history to rush for 10 or more touchdowns in a season. Foster looks to take down the milestone in Week 10 against the Jaguars. Foster also aims for a third straight game with 100-plus rushing yards and fourth straight game with a touchdown. The Jaguars are allowing RBs to average 19 Fantasy points per week, which is 10th highest in the NFL. They have also allowed 10 rushing touchdowns to RBs, which is second highest in the NFL, and have yielded two 100-yard games to RBs -- Chris Johnson and Thomas Jones.
