The Indianapolis Star reports that Colts rookie TE Brody Eldridge has impressed with his hands this preseason ,even though he spent most of his college career at Oklahoma blocking as either an offensive lineman or tight end opposite first-round pick Jermaine Gresham. "He's got good hands,'' Manning said of Eldridge, who has caught four passes for 44 yards in two preseason games. "He's got soft hands."
