Buffalo rookies WR Marcus Easley and LB Danny Batten were both placed on the IR on Sunday, ending their rookie season. Easley (knee) was expected to compete for significant playing time on offense after having a strong start to training camp. "Obviously it's not what we wanted but it's just something that had to be done looking at the long-term prognosis of both of them," coach Chan Gailey said.
