Ramon Sessions has indeed been traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to Yahoo! Sports.

Still just 24 years old, Sessions averaged 8.2 points and 3.1 assists per game last season for the Timberwolves. Considering he averaged 12.4 points the season before, and will be joining an offense that new Cavs coach Byron Scott has promised will be up-tempo, he could be a nice late round pick in your fantasy draft this fall.
