Izzo to Cavs rumors heating up

According to Yahoo! Sports, there's a chance that Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo could take the same job in Cleveland without an assurance that LeBron James will be with the club in 2010-11.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert happens to be a Michigan State alum, and has been putting a full-court press on Izzo in recent days. Part of that press, a six-year, $30 million deal, would cushion the blow of Mr. James potentially leaving Cleveland after Izzo took the job. Stay tuned.
