The Raptors have picked up team options on guard-forward DeMar DeRozan and forwards James Johnson and Ed Davis. The club announced the moves involving all three players on Friday. DeRozan had his fourth-year option picked up after averaging 13 points, 3.4 rebounds and 28.4 minutes in his first three seasons. He was their only player to start all 82 games last season.
