The Royals agreed to trade SS Yuniesky Betancourt, along with former AL Cy Young Award winner Zack Greinke, to the Brewers on Sunday. Milwaukee will receive Betancourt, Greinke and $2 million in cash in exchange for OF Lorenzo Cain, SS Alcides Escobar, minor league SP Jake Odorizzi and a player to be named later, as reported by SI.com.
