Mets SP Chris Young easily had his best performance of the young season Sunday against the Phillies, tossing seven scoreless innings. In the process, he allowed just two scattered hits on the night. Unfortunately, Young didn't pick up his second win of the season because the game was tied up when both starters were out of the game and it went into extras. He had three 1-2-3 innings, and didn't allow a hit after a leadoff single in the fourth. Young struck out a season-high tying seven batters while walking three. He would be tagged with the no-decision after seven strong innings, giving up zero runs on two hits. The Mets ended up winning in the 14th inning 2-1. "It's a big win for us," Collins said. "Chris was outstanding and the bullpen did a great job."
