Rays closer Rafael Soriano recorded his 37th save of the season in Sunday's 3-2 win over the A's. Soriano did surrender a run, but was able to strikeout Cliff Pennington with the tying run on second base to nail down the save. He allowed one run on two hits and struck out one.
