Florida SP Anibal Sanchez saw his no-hit bid broken up in the fifth inning on Saturday afternoon against the Nationals. Sanchez had gotten two outs into the fifth when Michael Morse doubled to break the bid. Still, Sanchez pitched extremely well in the game and earned the victory to improve to 12-9 on the season. Sanchez allowed just one run on four hits overall through 7 2/3 innings. He did not walk a batter and struck out four, throwing exactly 100 pitches. His ERA is at 3.35 on the year.
