An injured quadriceps kept Cubs third baseman Aramis Ramirez out of the starting lineup for the fifth consecutive game on Saturday in Milwaukee. Ramirez is unlikely to return on Sunday, either, but the Cubs are not saying when they expect him back in the lineup yet.
