Oswalt, who was making 22nd start of the season, allowed six runs on seven hits over 7 2/3 innings in the 6-1 contest, including a two-run double off the bat of Roger Bernadina. Mike Morse also ripped a three-run shot off the right-hander in the eighth inning, which chased Oswalt from the contest. He threw 110 pitches during his outing and finished with four strikeouts and two walks while falling to 8-10 on the season.
