From The Sports Xchange notes: With Josh Hamilton (ribs) out at least a week, it appears outfielder David Murphy will once again be used as a full-time player. It is just he won't have a full-time position. Julio Borbon is expected to start in center against right-handers, with Murphy in left and Nelson Cruz in right. Against lefties, Murphy will play center with Cruz in left and Jeff Francoeur in right. Vladimir Guerrero will remain the full-time DH.
