From The Sports Xchange notes: RHP Juan Gutierrez appears to have emerged as the D-Backs' closer, although interim manager Kirk Gibson has steadfastly refused to identify anyone as his regular ninth-inning man. Gutierrez has made three scoreless appearances since returning from the DL on Wednesday, and he recorded his fourth save of the season Saturday. While Gutierrez was out, RHP Aaron Heilman converted three of five save opportunities, and RHP Sam Demel went 1 for 1.
