Texas OF Craig Gentry had a nice game on Monday night in Tampa Bay as the Rangers took a 2-1 series lead in the ALDS. Gentry, batting ninth for the Rangers and starting in center field, went 2 for 3 with two singles and a run scored. Gentry added a walk and also stole two bases in the game. Gentry stole second and third base off Brandon Gomes in the seventh inning. Gentry, who was also caught stealing in the Game 3 win, is batting .400 for the series.
