Beltre homered in his third consecutive game during the 2-0 victory, accounting for all of Texas' offense. He ripped the two-run home run off starter Trevor Cahill in the sixth inning on a fastball that was left over the plate. "I was trying to get my pitch to hit, try not to miss my pitch," Beltre said.
