Rockies SP Alex White couldn't get through the fifth inning on Thursday against the Astros as he gave up five earned runs on six hits. He struck out six over his 4 2/3 innings of work and did not walk a batter. He threw 93 pitches and saw his ERA climb to 8.63. Colorado would end up losing to Houston, 9-6. This was the first game since joining the Rockies where he did not allow a home run.
