After telling the media Tuesday that he’ll remember the 2012 season “as not being good enough,” Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick is planning to spend a lot of time this offseason in Atlanta, bringing his receivers in for workouts. Kaepernick plans on beginning that process this week.
