Jose Theodore struggled a bit early on in Saturday's game, but he stiffened up in the third to help the Capitals to a 7-4 win over the Panthers. Theodore faced 28 shots and made 24 saves.



Our View

Not an outstanding performance for Theo tonight, but the Caps outscored the Panthers 5-1 in the third period to come away with the win. The team has gotten 14 points in Theodore's 11 starts this season, but he needs to be more consistent if this team is going to keep winning without Alex Ovechkin.
