Sabres RW Drew Stafford scored a goal and finished at plus-2 during Wednesday's game against the Oilers. Stafford opened the scoring with 4:29 left in the first period when he lifted a backhander from in tight over Nikolai Khabibulin's left shoulder for his team-leading fifth goal. It was his second score in six games.
