Phil Kessel (shoulder) is likely to make his Leafs debut Tuesday against the Lightning, according to the Toronto Sun.

After getting traded to the Leafs in late-September, Kessel has yet to play after undergoing shoulder surgery last May. Expectations for his Toronto debut are sky-high, but he will likely be quite rusty initially, and might not make a fantasy impact for two weeks or so.
