Restricted free agent Boyd Gordon has signed a one-year, $761,000 contract to remain with the Washington Capitals Tuesday. Gordon was a first-round choice in 2002 and made his Capitals debut during the 2003-04 season. He has played in 267 career games for Washington, scoring 20 goals with 46 assists.
