Stafford still limited Thursday

Lions QB Matt Stafford (knee) practiced for the second straight day Thursday while WR Calvin Johnson (knee) practiced for the first time this week. Both were limited, but Johnson more than Stafford. "They're both making good progress," Lions coach Jim Schwartz said of Stafford and Johnson, adding both still have a long way to go heading into Sunday's game against St. Louis.
