Moore might end up starting

Carolina Panthers head coach John Fox said Monday that starting quarterback Jake Delhomme broke a finger on his right throwing hand Sunday against the Jets and his status for this week is up in the air. That could mean backup QB Matt Moore might start this week against Tampa Bay. Moore might have been starting anyway as Delhomme threw four interceptions against the Jets and has 18 on the season.
