The Detroit News reports that Lions WR Calvin Johnson practiced again on Friday and appears to be as healthy as can be after missing two games over three weeks with what is believed to be a sprained knee. Lions coach Jim Schwartz wouldn't commit to saying Johnson would play but said he was optimistic. "As long as everything keeps going the way it is the next few days, I'll be all right," Johnson said Friday.
