Dixon solid in spot start

Dennis Dixon was better than expected on Sunday. In a spot start against a terrifying Ravens defense he completed 12-of-26 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown.
Our View
Dixon threw a pick in the game, but also rushed the ball three times for 27 yards and a touchdown. He looked fairly comfortable considering the circumstances, and was a decent play for desperate owners who started him in place of an injured Ben Roethlisberger. He'll likely head back to the bench next week though when Big Ben returns.
