Week 9 inactives: QB Jordan Palmer (3rd), OT Andre Smith, FB Fui Vakapuna, S Roy Williams, LB Dan Skuta, TE Chase Coffman, WR Jerome Simpson and DT Orien Harris.
Our View
RB Bernard Scott (knee) is active and will backup Cedric Benson, who has been the Bengals bell-cow back all season. On defense, DT Tank Johnson (foot) is active and will be a key player in trying to stop Ray Rice and the Ravens potent rushing attack.
