The Houston Chronicle reports that Chase Budinger (ankle) predicted he would be able to play Friday against Oklahoma City, but coach Rick Adelman guessed that he would not. Budinger missed Wednesday's game against the Lakers and was held out of practice Thursday but participated in shooting drills. "I felt great at shootaround [Thursday]," Budinger said. "Hopefully, I'll keep getting better [Friday] and be ready to play. It was tough (to sit out), especially playing against the Lakers. I wanted to be out there. The last time I missed a game was in high school."
