Adam LaRoche is believed to be seeking a three-year, $30 million contract, according to MASN.
Our View
No wonder Atlanta decided to go the Troy Glaus route. While LaRoche had an undeniably fine season between the Pirates, Red Sox and Braves in 2009, he has been far too slow-starting and inconsistent over his career to command that kind of deal. Expect his asking price to come down in the coming weeks.
