CSNBayArea.com is reporting that free agent third baseman Adrian Beltre is seeking a contract worth $10-to-$15 million a season.
Our View
While still elite defensively, Beltre, age 30, hit just .265 with eight home runs and 44 RBI in 111 games for the Mariners a season ago. Were he to wrangle an annual $10 million deal from somebody, it would be an absolute fleecing.
