Redskins DB Chris Horton is working his way back into the fold after having surgery to repair a toe injury that limited him to eight games last season. Horton is encouraged by his progress, as has head coach Mike Shanahan. "I think he's made some good strides," he said. "He's not 100 percent yet, but he's playing through it when he has gotten sore. ... By the time we get started here in the next couple of months, I think he'll be 100 percent not only with his toe, but being in football shape."
