San Francisco WR Michael Crabtree was limited in practice Wednesday because of a nagging foot injury. Crabtree, who has been listed on the injury report every week this season, hauled in a season-high 68 yards on five receptions last Sunday against Philadelphia. He was considered probable for the Week 4 matchup. Crabtree and the 49ers host Tampa Bay in Week 5.
