FOXSportsArizona.com reports that Diamondbacks SP Joe Saunders is still dealing with a minor hand injury, and that factored into manager Kirk Gibson's decision to rest him until Game 4 of the National League Division Series with the Brewers. Saunders sustained a bruise on his hand during batting practice last Tuesday and then aggravated the injury the following day. Josh Collmenter will start Game 3 of the series on Tuesday and, should the Diamondbacks stave off elimination, Saunders will start Game 4 on Wednesday.
