Ryan Rowland-Smith draws the start today for Seattle against the Angels in place of Doug Fister, who's dealing with shoulder fatigue, according to the Everett Herald.
Our View
Fister could be back next week, so this could be a one-time thing for RRS until he's relegated back to the bullpen. He'll be limited to between 75-90 pitches today, and we don't see any reason to use him for the spot start.
