The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Cardinals reliever Lance Lynn is likely headed to the disabled list following the strained left oblique he suffered on Tuesday night. The Cardinals plan to give him at least 24 hours to try to get a better gauge on the severity of the injury, although one team source described the strain as severe. "That's a big hit for us," manager Tony La Russa said. "He's been very useful, key contributor. We'll find somebody else."
