White Sox RP Bobby Jenks made his first appearance on Sunday against the A's since blowing a save on Wednesday against Seattle and then told he would be taken out of the closer's role to "regroup." Jenks pitched a scoreless eighth inning during a 6-4 loss to Oakland. He allowed one hit and struck out one. "I had the same mindset as if we were up one to three runs," Jenks said. "I take a situation like that and you got to turn it into a mental challenge to stay focused and to approach it as if it was a save situation."
