St. Louis 3B David Freese kept his team's hopes alive of Wednesday night in Game 4 of the NLDS against Philadelphia. Freese had two of his team's six hits in the contest, going 2 for 4 at the plate. He had a double and a two-run homer, while providing the Cardinals with four RBI on the day. Freese also struck out once, but his offensive effort was enough to help St. Louis force a Game 5. The Cards beat the Phillies 5-3 on Wednesday.
